Typhoon Vamco/Ulysses lashed the main island of Luzon whipping destructive winds and dumping heavy rainfall that triggered massive flooding in several areas. landfall over quezon  province at 10:30 PM of November 11 (local time), packing minimum sustained winds of 150 km/h and gustiness of up to 205 km/h. Many people have been affected by this typhoon.

Question: what could be a better solution to those people affected by the flood?

Those people in particular should evacuate to the nearest evacuation center. Which could be the distance of 34 km.

- yes there is, floods can be caused by pollution. Pollution: improper disposal of plastic waste, deforestation (cutting trees) and many more.
Solving this is to reducen plastic waste and plant more trees in the environment.

Is it really necessary to reducen plastic and plant more trees ? Why or why not?

- Most of plastics, plastics can be thrown in the ocean causing aquatic animals to suffocate and die. Plastics can also be brunt , releasing toxic air.

- as so we know trees gives out clean air, without trees it causes floods , and can cause global warming.
